Welcome to your Northampton Nursery Content Dashboard! This is where you manage everything that appears on your website — blog posts, project photos, service page images, leads, and more.

The stat cards at the top of the page give you a quick snapshot of your content — how many posts you have, how many projects, etc.

Dispatch is your blog/newsletter hub. Posts appear on the News and Tailgate Talk pages of your website.

Adding a New Post

1. Click the "Add New Post" button
2. Enter a title (required)
3. Optionally add a Link URL — if you have a Constant Contact newsletter, paste the link here and visitors will be sent to read it there
4. Add a Short Description — this is the preview text that shows on the card
5. Write the Full Body if you want the full article on your site (you can use the toolbar to bold text, add links, and create lists)
6. Upload a Cover Image (optional, max 5MB)
7. Click "Publish"

Editing or Deleting

• Click the pencil icon ✏️ on any post to edit it
• Click the trash icon 🗑️ to delete — you'll be asked to confirm

This page connects your Constant Contact account to your website. When you send a newsletter or Tailgate Talk through Constant Contact, it can be automatically imported here.

How It Works

1. Click "Connect Constant Contact" if you haven't already
2. Log into your Constant Contact account when prompted
3. Once connected, you'll see a green status dot
4. Click "Sync Now" to pull in your latest campaigns

What Gets Synced

• Newsletter campaigns become Dispatch posts
• The sync is smart — it won't create duplicates
• You can see the sync history log at the bottom of the page

Every time someone fills out the contact form on your website, it shows up here as a lead.

What You'll See

• Name and email of the person
• Their message or inquiry
• The date they submitted it
• What service they're interested in (if they selected one)

This is your portfolio — add completed projects to show off your work to potential customers.

Adding a Project

1. Click "Add New Project"
2. Fill in the Title, Location, and select a Category
3. Write a short Description of the work
4. Optionally add Sq Ft and Days to complete
5. Upload a project photo (required)
6. Click "Publish Project"

Featuring Projects

Each project has two special buttons:

• ⭐ Star — Adds the project to its service page (e.g., a landscaping project appears on the Landscaping page)
• 🏠 House — Features the project on the homepage showcase

Each service page (Landscaping, Hardscaping, Maintenance, etc.) has a grid of image cards. Here you can change the names and photos on those cards.

How to Edit

1. Select the service page from the dropdown
2. You'll see all the grid cards for that page
3. Hover over any image and click to upload a replacement photo
4. Edit the label text below the image
5. Click "Save" on the card when you're done

This controls the images on your homepage in two sections:

Zoom Parallax Gallery (7 images)

These are the large, cinematic images that zoom as visitors scroll down your homepage. Click any image to upload a replacement.

"Why Choose Us" Floating Cards (16 images)

These are the smaller floating photo cards in the "Why Choose Us" section. Same thing — click to replace any of them.

General Tips

• Images: Always use JPG, PNG, or WebP. Keep them under 5MB. Landscape orientation works best for most places on the site.
• Changes are live immediately — once you save or publish, the website updates within seconds.
• Refresh the page if something looks off or if data doesn't load.
• You can access this dashboard from any device — computer, tablet, or phone.
